Medication Ingredients
We prescribe custom combinations of up to 4 of the following medication ingredients based on your symptoms, severity and medical history:
Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.055-0.11% (anti-inflammatory corticosteroid) for inflammation. We always include this ingredient in our formulas to treat the underlying cause of rhinitis (nasal inflammation).
Oxymetazoline HCl 0.03125-0.0125% (decongestant) for congestion, nasal blockage and stuffy nose. We use micro-doses of this ingredient and always combine it with anti-inflammatory triamcinolone. This combination and dosage-adjustment has been proven to treat congestion and inflammation without inducing a rebound effect. You can review the studies supporting this here.
Azelastine HCl 0.137% (antihistamine) for sneeze, itch and allergic inflammation.
Ipratropium Bromide 0.015-0.09% (anti-discharge) for excess mucus, runny nose and post-nasal drip.

Polysorbate 80: stabilizer, emulsifier, solvent
Propylene Glycol: stabilizer, solvent, emulsifier
Benzalkonium Chloride: preservative against microbial growth
Sodium Chloride Irrigation: solvent
