Sneezing right after taking the nasal spray is a sign of an inflamed and irritated nasal lining. If sneeze occurs within a few minutes after taking the spray, most of the medication is expelled by the force of the sneeze and is also not given the opportunity to absorb into the nasal tissue.
If you sneeze within a few minutes after taking your spray, please wait 10 minutes. If you do not feel symptom relief, please repeat the above process again. Eventually, after a few days of continued use of the saline and the Super Spray, the inflamed nasal lining will calm down and you should be able to take your spray without sneezing.
