Newcomers to nasal spray may sneeze after using it the first few times. This is because inflamed nasal passages will be more sensitive to new nasal sprays. If you sneeze within 1 minute of taking Super Spray, wait 10 minutes and take it again if needed. Make sure you use plenty of Salinity Spray saline beforehand to soothe and calm your nasal passages, before using your medicated spray.
