If you have an existing prescription for montelukast/Singulair, you can safely continue taking this medication for your nasal allergy symptoms while using Allermi - meaning, there is no drug interaction between any of the ingredients in Allermi and montelukast.
However, it is possible that you may find you no longer need montelukast/Singular for nasal symptoms after you have established regular treatment of your Allermi. We advise consulting you prescribing physician about this medication before making any changes to your dosing.
