If you notice sudden changes in vision, we advise that you seek urgent care and/or visit your eye doctor for an in-person examination. It would be unlikely for any of the ingredients in Allermi to cause sudden changes in vision, though some nasal spray ingredients may exacerbate pre-existing eye conditions. It is for this reason that we require ophthalmologist approval if you have a pre-existing eye condition.
